ID 9.5 to 25.4mm, suitable for reel mounted applications. When the medium is steam, in order to avoid bursting, special needling should be done on the outer layer of the hose. Tube: White EPDM, High temperature resistant, smooth.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic fiber.
Cover: Blue EPDM, High temperature resistant, Anti-aging, special needling treatment, smooth for ID≤25.4 mm, fabric impression for ID≥32mm.
Ultra high temperature type
Tube: White EPDM, High temperature resistant, smooth.
Reinforcement: High temperature resistant and high strength synthetic fiber.
Cover: Red EPDM, High temperature resistant, Anti-aging, smooth, special needling treatment, ID≤25.4mm
Temperature range:
Water: - 40°C～+ 100°C, WP = 20 bar/10bar .
Saturated or superheated steam: +120°C for blue cover; +165°C for red cover, WP = 6 bar, ID≤25.4mm.
Standard/Approval: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, GB 4806.11-2016.
使用范围：
可输送牛奶，果汁，饮料，葡萄酒，食用油，饮用水等食品，可用于呼吸设备、潜水设备及输送高温流体食品。同时可用于输送热水和高（gāo）达+165°C的（de）蒸汽（超高温（wēn）款，红（hóng）色外胶），适用于牛奶场、奶制品车间、罐头厂、水产品市场等工作（zuò）场（chǎng）合的冲洗，1”以下可在卷轴上缠绕。当（dāng）介质（zhì）为（wéi）蒸汽时（shí），为了避免爆裂（liè），软管外胶采（cǎi）用了特殊针刺工艺。

常规款：
内管：白色EPDM，耐高温，光滑
增强层（céng）：高强度合成纤维
外管：蓝色EPDM，耐高温，抗老化，特殊针刺工艺处理，ID≤25.4mm表面光滑，ID≥32mm表面布纹。
超高温款：
内管：白色EPDM，耐高温，光滑
增强层：耐（nài）高（gāo）温高强度合成纤维
外管：红色（sè）EPDM，耐高温，抗老化，表面光滑，特殊针刺工艺处理 ，ID≤25.4mm。
温度范围：
水：-40°C～+100°C，工（gōng）作压力20bar或10bar
饱（bǎo）和（hé）或过热蒸汽（qì）：
常规款：蓝色外胶最高到+120°C；
超高（gāo）温款：红（hóng）色外胶最高到+165°C /工（gōng）作压力为6bar ，ID≤25.4mm
