尿素软管(guǎn) DEF
应用范围:用于柴油车输送DEF尿素溶液。耐DEF尿素溶液腐蚀(shí),帮助柴油车满足排放规定,净(jìng)化环境。车用(yòng)尿素溶液在欧洲称AdBlue,在北美称为DEF,是一种液体还原(yuán)剂,安装在(zài)柴油发动机排气系统中,将排气中的氮氧(yǎng)化物催化还原成氮气和水的催(cuī)化装置,简称SCR系统。车用(yòng)尿素溶液是柴油(yóu)机专用还原剂,储存在(zài)柴(chái)油机上特别的储存容器内,当废气从发动机排出后,它会与废气一起到达卡车催化转化器,然后将氮氧化物(wù)转换为无害的氮和水。使车辆排放达到欧四(sì)以上标准(zhǔn)。
技术特点(diǎn):经SGS权威检测报告,符合SAE-China J2902-2013标准。软管内胶层采用进口高环保合成橡胶(jiāo)为主的专用配方设计,不含(hán)Ca、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Al、Mg、Na、K离子成分,确保软管加注输送尿素溶液时高度环保、清洁,对尿素溶液无作用、无(wú)污染(rǎn)、对SCR系统(tǒng)无损害。软管(guǎn)保护橡胶层超强耐(nài)磨、抗老化、比一(yī)般橡胶软管耐用3~5倍以上(shàng)。软管德(dé)国产高(gāo)强度聚酯纤维线增强(qiáng),加注受压时软管无膨胀,确保加注计量精确。防静(jìng)电设计: 橡胶层导电,电(diàn)阻率R<10^6 ohmm,符合美国ASTM防静电设计标准。
注 意: 一般橡(xiàng)胶(jiāo)软管含(hán)有(yǒu)大量Ca离子等成分,会污染尿素溶(róng)液,对(duì)SCR系(xì)统(tǒng)的催化剂具有毒害,影响SCR还原的转换效率!劣质的尿素软管不耐磨、不(bú)抗老化,容易磨损(sǔn)与老(lǎo)化!劣(liè)质的尿素软管无防静电设计,加注时(shí)容易产生静电危害!
结 构:
软(ruǎn)管内胶层: 环保、耐DEF溶液(yè)黑色(sè)特殊配方的合成(chéng)橡胶。
增强层(céng): 德国产高强度合成纤维编织层(céng)。
软管(guǎn)保护层: 黑色超强耐磨、防静电(diàn)、抗老化(huà)合成橡胶。
外(wài) 表: 光面,黑色。
适(shì)用(yòng)温度: -40 to 90 ℃。
包(bāo) 装:
双重保护标准出口包装:内层透明PE膜缠绕,外层编织带(dài)缠绕。
按客户(hù)需要,另外可提供特定长度裁剪,或(huò)纸箱包装,托盘包装。
环保标准:经SGS权威结(jié)构严格检测,符(fú)合欧盟环保标准 ROHS、PAHS、SAE-China J2902-2013标准。

Note: Conventional rubber tubes and hoses do not meet the standards of urea, urea solution will pollute, poison for the SCR system, effect vehicle emissions standards.
